Taylor Lautner to study?

As if we didn't already love Taylor lautner enough he has admitted something that makes us like him even more!

The Twilight Star has said on radio that he would like to return to his studies and possibly work towards getting a degree! How great is that?!?! We believe an education is one of the most important things to have!

After school Taylor attended a community college where he gained almost 10 credits but when Twilight took off he had to abandon his studies.

Well we hope he follows through!

Lourdes fashion line

Lourdes Leon is one kid with a famous mom that isn't just here for the ride, in fact she's actually taking control of her future.

Unlike other children of celebrities and alike, Lourdes is not out partying like a wild person and living off Mom's wealth but instead she is designing a 'teenage' clothing line for Macy's.

When asked if she had any involvement, Madonna said that she came along to meetings but basically sat in the corner while Lourdes ran the show!

We are really looking forward to seeing this line and think Lourdes is one awesome teen role model!

Megan Fox married

We just brought you the news that Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are engaged for the second time and this came as a huge shock to us!!!

Well get this... they are now married!

That's right, only week's after announcing that they were getting married after breaking off their previous engagement, the pair are now an official married couple!

Details on the ceremony are few but we do know that Green's son from a previous relationship was there and that the whole thing went down in Hawaii!

We wish these two a long and prosperous marriage and life ahead!

Eclipse mania

If you though the first two Twilight movies got a lot of attention then boy will you be shocked by this!!!

Three days before the films LA premiere, devoted 'Twihard' fans started setting up a 'tent city' outside the movie house where the movie and it's Star's would be appearing. Hundreds of people set up camp hoping to catch a glimpse of their favourite characters/actor!

'Twiharders' came with posters, messages and life size cardboard cut out's of their best characters, which they displayed proudly outside of their tents.

This all seems a bit much to us although we also can't wait to see eclipse!

Bafana coach decided

Yesterday we promised to keep you up to date about who would be the next Bafana Bafana Coach...

The race was really between Gavin Hunt- Super Sport United Captain and Pitso Mosimane- Carlos Alberto Parreira's assistant coach.

Both candidates are well qualified, know the players and are exceptionally experienced.

So who got it? Pitso Mosimane! Parreira has commented that Mosimane is more than capable to lead the Bafana team to the next SWC and we believe so too!

Good luck Mr. Mosimane, we look forward to seeing 'Our boys' at the next world cup!

New Bafana Coach

Now that the job of Carlos Alberto Parreira is done and he is headed back home to Brazil, a new coach for Bafana Bafana needs to be named...

This man will have the task of getting our National Football team into the next SWC. This year we automatically qualified because we are the hosts. However next time we will have to compete for a place at the prestigious event, jus like every other team.

So who is this mystery man, you may ask... well the post will go to either Gavin Hunt- Support Sport United caoch or to Parreira's long standing assistant- Pitso Mosimane. Both men are extremely experienced and suitable for the position.

We eagerly await the announcement and will keep you up to date!

Michael Jackson making money

For those of you who thought Michael Jackson would make more money dead than alive, you are right.

The once heavily indebted Jackson estate, is now making enough money for Jackson's three children, his wife and multiple charities to live very comfortably.

The estate was in approximately $500 million debt! This was because of Jackson's lavish lifestyle and extreme spending spree's. Now a steady flow of cash is slowly paying off what is owed.

Since the Entertainer's death last year, documentaries, memorabilia and some of Jackson's personal items have been used to raise funds to pay off the debt. WE hope that the Jackson kids don't have their father's spending habits!

Orlando Bloom engaged

Sorry Ladies but we have some news... and you may not be too pleased about it!

Orlando Bloom, British Actor and commonly considered heart throb is engaged! And this time it is for real unlike those passed rumours we were glad to hear were false!

But Bloom's rep. confirmed yesterday that he is indeed engaged to long standing girlfriend Miranda Kerr.

We are of course glad for the couple and wish them happiness in their marriage!

Gossip Girl Star in trouble

We all know and love Chace Crawford- the teen heart throb from Gossip Girl. Those dreamy blue eyes that cute smile, what could he ever possibly do wrong?

Well it turns out, Chace is not as innocent as we might think! Earlier this month the star was caught with a joint! That's right- drugs!! And while he denies that it is his, he could still face legal charges and possibly some jail time.

Of course his parents believe him but they are still not happy with their son's name being associated with drugs! So he is also in trouble with Mom and Dad! This celebrity has really found himself in hot water!

We still love you Chace and will obviously continue to watch Gossip Girl!!

Megan Fox to wed

We aren't sure if you knew this but we certainly didn't!

Megan Fox is engaged... again and to the same guy! Brian Austin Green, yea you guessed it, that guy from Beverley Hills 90210!

This came as a total shock because we had no idea she was engaged to him before, wonder why they called it quits the first time?

The second proposal happened when the couple were in Hawaii early this month for a romantic getaway, Brian popped the question and Megan said 'yes' again!

The excitement was slightly over shadowed however by Megan's huge diamond ring falling off her finger never to be seen again! They even had a search party look for it and they too couldn't find it!

Well we are very happy for these two and hope they make it to the altar this time!

Perez Hilton in trouble over Miley

Perez Hilton has landed himself in hot water again!

This time he may actually be in trouble as Human rights groups question whether or not he should be held on 'child pornography' charges. This comes after he posted a picture on his Twitter account of teen pop star- Miley Cyrus getting out of a car, with a star 'down there' suggesting she is not wearing any underwear!

Hilton says he was simply highlighting the unlady like manner in which Cyrus was getting out of her car but others say Miley is still underage and photo's like this are simply unlawful.

Who knows what will happen next, it seems you can get away with anything in Hollywood these days!

Freezing conditions

If you are going to any World Cup games or even just to an outdoor fan park, be sure to dress warmly. Gloves, hats, scarves, the works.

The Weather bureau has reportedly said that conditions around the country may continue to worsten!

There is already snow causing havoc on the Eastern Cape roads. Tonight temperatures in Johannesburg are going to be between -2 and 10 degrees! So keep extra warm where ever you are.

If you are in the Cape region try to stay off the roads, especially if it is rainy and snowing in your area as there have already been a few accidents and several people have been injured.

Tony Awards

So if you aren't winning an Oscar or a Grammy then the next big award to be honoured with in Hollywood is a 'Tony' award.

This award is given to Actors, Directors and Theatre Entrepreneurs alike for their outstanding work and/or performances on the stage!

Beyonce has been quoted as saying she would like to win a 'Grammy, Oscar and Tony award'. We are holding thumbs for you 'Sasha fierce'!

But most recently this coveted recognition of achievement has gone to Scarlett Johansson for Best featured Actress and we have to say- this award is well deserved! As her performance in 'A view from a bridge' was outstanding.

Johansson accepted the award from Katie Holmes and Daniel Radcliffe.

SWC It is here!

It has finally arrived! It is indeed here! And every South African is filled with a sense of overwhelming joy, pride and excitement!

It was over 4 years ago that South Africa bid and won the privilege to host the 2010 SWC!

We got it and now we are on the world's stage showing everyone how it's done... African Style.

The opening ceremony is today at 2pm and our boys Bafana play the first game against Mexico at 4pm.

We are behind our boys all the way and can't wait to watch the game.

This is a once in a life-time experience that we as South Africa's are fortunate enough to be part of. Blink and miss out, this chance may never come around again!

Paris Hilton crushing on Rob

If we know anything about Paris Hilton, it is that this girl tends to get what she wants... and men are no exception.

It has been reported that the Hilton hotels Heiress has her eye on Twilight star- Rob Pattinson. In fact close sources to the Socialite say that Paris is willing to do just about anything to score a date with the diamond encrusted vampire.

There is however a problem... er yes, Kristen Stewart! The equally famous Twilight star who play's Bella, the female lead. These two have been a 'secret' or undercover if you will, couple for ages! We are wondering what she has to say about this 'crush' Paris has on her man...

Well we are sure the claws are gonna come out on this one. The real question is- Are you for Team Paris or Team Kristen?

Miley Cyrus to wed?

Well if you thought we had reported on some crazy things before then this will shock you the most...

Miley Cyrus has been dropping hints all over town, that is Hollywood, that she wants her now boyfriend- Liam Hemsworth to propose!

Yes that's right, the Hannah Montana star has been reportedly saying that she wants her man to buy her a 'big rock'. We are absolutely shocked. She is only 17 years old and the couple have only been dating for one year!

There are no reports on what Liam the man under pressure has to say about this but we think that this is gonna turn out to be a typical celebrity marriage!

Sandra Bullock reappears

It's been weeks since anyone has heard or seen Sandra Bullock out in the open. Since the truth about her now Ex-husband's adulterous behaviour emerged Sandy has been very scarce but last night she finally came out.

It was in honour of the troops in Iraq. Sandra was nominated and won the award for 'Soldier's choice' at Spike TV's Guy Choice Awards.

Sandra walked on stage to a standing ovation and much applause. She was her usual humourous self and the whole thing just reminded us of how great Sandy is!

She looked great too, in a short, tight leather dress which we are sure had Jesse James banging his head against a wall!

Heidi Montag more drama

If there was ever someone desperate for media attention... it is Heidi Montag. While other legitimate celebrities run and hide from the paparazzi, Heidi actively seeks them out!

After undergoing the full menu at her local plastic surgeons office, Heidi received a lot of attention. Media, celebrities and the public expressed sincere concern for the former 'Hills' star.

Her surgeries were extreme to say the least.

Then when it looked like everyone was getting over her extreme make over, Heidi piped up again and said that she was going for more surgery. While this did raise a few interested heads, nobody really took any notice...

And now in her, and her less famous husband, Spencer Pratt's desperate attempt to stay in the limelight.. they are pretending to separate.

We are shocked...

This is apparently all for Heidi's new reality show where she and her best friend are meant to be living it up in L.A as single ladies...

We just wonder why Heidi is behaving in such a bizarre way, did all the surgery make her bonkers?

Lion kills women

Yes you read our title right!

Just when you thought these things only happened in movies and the imaginations of foreigner's... A women has been attacked and killed by a lion!

Not only that but the victim is a South African women. Robyn Lotz a 26 year old women whose goal in life was to rescue and rehabilitate wild animals.

Sadly on Wednesday, at Robyn's place of work, a co-worker of hers had been cleaning out the lion's cage and once finished did not close the gate properly. This is when the lion escaped and attacked Lotz.

This is the first time this establishment has experienced a fatal attack like this.

We extend our condolences to Robyn's family.
