Did your school make it into the top 10 SA math schools?

Ever since the strikes, schools and education have been at the top of everyone's minds here in SA. And this is a good thing. Recently, the department of basic education honored the top 10 public schools with the best achievement in maths and science.

In the list for brainiest schools in SA are: Durban Girls' High, and Westville Girls' High (from Durbs), Waterkloof High (Pretoria), Parktown Girls'(Jozi), Fairmont High in Durbanville and Stellenberg High (in the Western Cape), Dendron Secondary School(Limpopo), Eunice High and Grey College (in the Free State) and finally and Hudson Park High in the Eastern Cape.

200 public schools were in the competition -all identified by the department as school that achieved excellent maths and science results last year. The winners all walked away with R150 000 bucks from Anglo American.
