E!'s Giuliana and hubby Bill are having a boy

The couple who have been married for nearly five years announced at their baby shower yesterday afternoon, to friends and family, that they were expecting a son.

The couple are having a baby through a gestational surrogate.

Giuliana told the Today Show that: "At the end of the day, whether you have a baby naturally, through adoption, through surrogacy, it's your baby. You're going to love that baby and that's all that matters."
