R-Patz moves back in with K-Stew

Us Weekly reports that the pair are now living together again.

An Insider told the magazine that:

"They are living together and have reconciled"

The Insider added though that Pattinson is pretty much on edge as he is "extra-sensitive" and "insecure."

Is this all one giant publicity stunt?
