Apparently, Justin may be facing some assault charges as he allegedly
had a "physical altercation" with a paparazzo who was trying to
take pictures of the singer and his actress girlfriend Selena Gomez over the weekend...
News on the ground is that the 30-year-old photographer involved complained of chest pains and called the police AND paramedics to the scene after the alleged incident. While he did go to hospital, he was quickly released again.
Another photographer on the scene said the paparazzo provoked Justin into the scuffle by blocking his was into his car and verbally abusing him. If Justin is even charged and convicted of criminal battery, he could face up to six months in jail!
This doesn’t sound like an incident that will get this
far though - we hope!
