Winnie Mandela still 'insulted' by movie on her life

So, news is, is that Winnie is still upset about the pending movie about her starring Jennifer Hudson. But it's not the American actors in it that are irking her, it's the romantic Hollywood spin on her life that she says is an insult.

At the 2010 Cannes film festival director Darrell Roodt (best known for 'Cry, the Beloved Country' and the Oscar-nominated Aids film 'Yesterday') described the film as "the ultimate women's movie" and "an amazing love story".

Winnie told CNN: "I was not consulted...I am still alive, and I think that it is a total disrespect to come to South Africa, make a movie about my struggle, and call that movie some translation of a romantic life of Winnie Mandela."

Despite no blessing the film is on track to be release at the end of this year.
