Baby Ashleigh Louw was born late last year with her heart outside her chest.
This rare discorder has not been seen by most Doctor's over the spam of their careers- so when Ashleigh came along many medical specialists were eager to get involved and help save Ashleigh's life.
When Ashleigh was first on the news we heard how Doctor's were going to preform many difficult and complicated surgeries to put Ashleighs heart back inside her chest but there was a great amount of hope and everyone was anxious to see what would happen.
Sadly last night various news stations reported that little Ashleigh has contracted Pneumonia and was in the final stages of life...
She is still holding on and we are keeping her and her family in our thoughs.
