BRT

With the Soccer World Cup just around the corner we want everything to be working properly and running smoothly. South African's in general are doing their level best to ensure that this huge international even is a success...

However one of the most important things, not only for the SWC but also for the south African economy is at a standstill. Transport, of the most popular kind!

A significant amount of taxi drivers have been striking since yesterday and plan to continue to strike for the next couple of days. They say they were not informed about the next phase of the Bus Rapid Transport system which was implemented earlier in the week.

This lack of transport has been extremely inconvenient and has meant that a lot of people have not been able to go to work.

We just hope that the situation is resolved soon and life can go back to normal!
