South African cricketer Wayne Parnell has only recently been selected as part of the SA quad and within months the IPL wanted to buy him to play for the Delhi Daredevils.
He was contracted to play in the tournament for a cool R1million but before he could set foot on the field he suffered a groin injury and was sent home!
What happens now? Is the money still his? These are some of the questions media has been asking Parnell- who says his Agent Arthur Turner would know more.
Well all we have to say is R1 million is alot of money to knock a ball around! But we do love the South African cricket team!
