We have all heard terrible stories about poacher's and their ruthless tactics. The Kruger National Park has been dealing with these people for over a decade and still has not been able to eradicate them completely.
However it was reported yesterday that poacher's have been arrested in the Hazyview area. Three poachers set out on the March 12 to set traps for innocent animals in the Kruger Park. When they were walking home they ran into a herd of Hippo's who charged at them. The three were at that point separated!
Only two of the poacher's made it out alive and have now been arrested. The third man was killed by an unidentified animal.
Hopefully that will teach other poacher's not to set foot in the National park ever again!
